With the help of the high school Key Club, Mrs. Herrmann's 5th grade class organized a penny war at John Shields Elementary. With everyone's generosity, they were able to raise $2,197.02! All money collected was donated to the Sugar Grove Food Pantry. First grade won the prize of an extra recess for being the grade level with the most points. Great job everyone!
