Junior Olivia U's dance self portrait photo has taken 1st place for this year's District 302 Board Art Purchase Award. Sophomore Syda S's water droplet photo has taken 2nd place. Both students were awarded gift cards and will be recognized at the fall board meeting.
The artwork will be professionally matted and framed with a brass plate stating the artist's name and age. The images will hang in the district offices for two years, and then will be sent back to the high school for permanent display. Congrats on a job well done!
