Students in Mrs. Babich’s fifth grade class at Blackberry Creek were excited to visit Mrs. Hoffman’s second grade classroom to participate in a Winter Holiday Challenge!
Each second grader partnered with a fifth grade buddy to answer questions and solve problems, decoding clues to collect tickets. Some of the fifth graders remembered doing this activity when THEY were in second grade, and they were excited to have their turn being a fifth grade buddy.
Students in both classes really enjoyed the experience and are already looking forward to working together again!
