Students in Technology Exploratory class worked in our 3D print program, Makers Empire, and learned about subtractive design by removing shapes to create various figurines. Students were also given a little orb light so they could light up their work.
Their challenge became selecting shapes that they could resize, group and layer to build their character. They also worked on creating a stand or legs that would support it to stand. It was a huge celebration as they were printed and decorated!
