Students at McDole Elementary School had the opportunity to have a virtual meeting with author, Dusti Bowling. Dusti talked about her many books including, Insignificant Events in the Life of a Cactus, Across the Desert, and her series for younger students called, Aven Green. We had over 100 students join the event and gave away over 100 books in a raffle to students the next day in school. It was a great night for reading and books at McDole. Special thanks goes to teachers and staff who helped to promote the event to our students and families.
