Recently our Harter Middle School Coach, Rachael Walker, partnered with the Regional Office Of Education to present at the Illinois Council for Instructional Coaching (ICIC) Conference on the professional development book and working with staff to support the student learning experience. Not only was the session at full capacity but 20 extra attendees were able to sneak into the session. The session was dynamic and got rave reviews from those attending at the statewide conference! Kudos to Kaneland's very own Rachael Walker for presenting!
